Health Risks of Obesity
Obesity is a disease which when not dealt with in a timely manner can pose a lot of health risks and cause many other serious and life-threatening diseases. Here are some health risks that are increased by being obese.
Heart Disease
If you are obese then most likely you have high levels of cholesterol as well as saturated fats in your blood which can cause your arteries to become blocked or narrow. This can result in high blood pressure, hardened arteries, heart disease and stroke.
Cancer
Chances are that your pH levels are also out of balance and you have a high level of acids in your blood and body. An acidic environment is an invitation for cells to mutate and become cancerous. Thus if you lose weight with healthy foods then you can bring your pH back into balance and eliminate the risk of cancer.
